USAS-R v7.2.5-5 Release Notes

Summary

This is the fifth hotfix release for version 7.2.0 that corrects a problem with the Activity Ledger and subsequently the Financial Detail, Budget Account Activity and Revenue Account Activity reports.  Certain types of transactions were posted to the activity ledger incorrectly, making it appear that the detail and summary reports did not balance each other.  This has been corrected.

If you noticed we skipped over version 7.2.4, you're paying attention.  Version 7.2.4 was an internal release only that was done to make sure dependencies were in sync with the USPS application.

A hotfix or quick-fix is typically a single change that addresses a problem in the software.  Hotfixes are made to address a specific concern and provide a quick solution.

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS.
